The original painting of this Ostrich was painted in 2023. All of my paintings are available in posters. this one is called “Georgette the Ostrich”. The Original oil painting is measuring 120*80 cm, is part of a private collection. It features a stylish ostrich adorned in a flowery dress and crowned with pink peonies. This unique work is satirical. It denounces the megalomania and superficiality of human beings. This painting aims at raising awareness among the viewer about the beauty of nature that we knowingly destroy. It attempts to reconcile the negative reputation of this animal, which is in captivity, with public opinion.

This ostrich painting was entirely handmade. I use only professional-grade materials (Sennelier oil paint and premium-quality linen canvas).
